Terms & Conditions – Photography Session Policy

 

We value your time and ours. Please read the following terms carefully before booking.

Photo Ownership & Usage Rights

    •    All photos created during the session are the intellectual property of the photographer

    •    Clients receive a limited license to use delivered images for personal use only — including:

    •    Social media

    •    Dating profiles

    •    Personal websites

    •    Résumés or online portfolios (non-commercial)

    •    Commercial use, resale, reproduction, or publication of the photos requires prior written permission and may be subject to licensing fees

    •    The photographer retains the right to use any photos for their portfolio, website, or promotional purposes, unless a written request for privacy is made in advance

Rescheduling & Cancellations

    •    One reschedule is allowed per client

    •    Reschedule requests must be made 48 hours in advance

    •    Vouchers are considered redeemed once a session is booked

Weather Policy

    •    In the event of inclement weather, one reschedule will be granted at no charge

    •    Photographer will determine weather-related cancellations

Lateness

    •    Please be on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or forfeiture, depending on schedule and lighting

Location Policy

    •    The client is fully responsible for choosing and securing the shoot location

    •    Photographer provides mobile equipment and does not offer a studio

    •    Location must be within NYC’s five boroughs

    •    Photographer reserves the right to refuse any location deemed unsafe or inappropriate, at their sole discretion

Session Availability

   

    •    Once booked, sessions are locked into the schedule unless rescheduled according to this policy
